Once you are accepted as a new consultant. You will be assigned an ID #. To stay active as a Craftique Consultant, you must place a minimum $50.00 order every month; you'll earn an additional 2% of each recruit sales that you sign up. After 3 months of inactivity, you must pay a charge of $20.00 to be reactivated. Being an Independent Candle Consultant you'll be responsible filing all necessary federal, state and local taxes that may apply. And for keeping track of income for tax purposes, a statement will be sent out each year for your records. Since it will be your own business. As a Craftique Independent Candle consultant you are not employees, franchise holders or legal representatives for Craftique. All Creaftque consultant agree to present Craftique candles in a truthful sincere, honest and business-like manner, and conduct themselves in a, manner that will reflect the highest standards of integrity and responsibility in keep with the reputation of Craftique. Craftique reserves the right to terminate a consultant agreement at any time. All orders must be clearly written and must include the consultant name, date, total amount due and method of payment. Payments may be made with check and credit card. Check made out to Craftique and sent to Craftique Attn: Orders 2734 Broadway., Redwood City, ca. 94063
